As coffee is a perishable item, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been damaged during transit or you have received an incorrect item(s), kindly contact us via email and we will assist you promptly. 

Prompt action is essential in such cases. If you receive a damaged order or have received an incorrect item(s), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. Kindly note that we cannot process exchanges after the 48-hour timeframe has elapsed.

Please note that express shipping fees such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or express shipping services are non-refundable. Similarly, ground shipping fees will only be refunded if the fault lies with our shipping department and your order has arrived damaged.


We regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or if you have simply changed your mind about purchasing our items.

Damaged clothing, household goods, printed posters/wall art

If your item(s) are damaged or there's a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us at within 48 hours of product delivery.

Digital Downloads  

As instant digital downloads cannot be returned once received, we do not offer refunds. However, if you face any issues with your order or face difficulty downloading the files, kindly reach out to us and we will gladly assist you.

Gift Cards
