BREW
- Grind the coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency. You'll need about 10-12 grams of coffee per 150 ml of water.
- Fill the lower chamber of the siphon with warm water, up to the designated level. Place the upper chamber onto the lower chamber, making sure it is secure.
- Place the siphon onto the heat source and turn on the heat. Wait for the water in the lower chamber to boil.
- Once the water is boiling, add the ground coffee to the upper chamber.
- Using a spoon, gently stir the coffee grounds to ensure they are evenly saturated.
- Set a timer for 2-3 minutes and let the coffee brew.
- Once the brewing time is up, remove the siphon from the heat source and stir the coffee again.
- Wait for the coffee to cool down and settle for a few seconds, then use the vacuum action of the siphon to draw the brewed coffee back down into the lower chamber.
- Remove the upper chamber and pour the brewed coffee into your cup.
- Enjoy your delicious and smooth siphon coffee!
Note: You can adjust the brewing time and coffee-to-water ratio according to your taste preferences. Also, make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific siphon coffee maker.
